Woodland Park is a full service Municipal Campground. Lakefront and Electric sites offer water, cable TV and electricity. There are two bathhouses with hot water shower facilities, a laundromat, 2 fish cleaning stations, and a sewage dump station. The park is within walking distance of the downtown shopping district, including groceries. There is a library, youth center and recreational facility adjacent to the campground. Three sets of stairs lead down to Agate Beach on Lake Superior where you can walk the beach to the dunes or the boardwalk and stick your feet in Lake Superior's invigorating waters on the way.
